We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team as an EV Charger Installer in the Midlands. This full-time, permanent role involves on-site work and offers a competitive salary, great company benefits, and opportunities for progression within the company.
The ideal candidate will have a qualified Electrician background, experience in EV Charger Installation, and a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
Responsibilities will include:
- Installation of EV charging points in domestic and commercial environments
- Diagnosing and repairing existing installed EV charging points
- Conducting routine maintenance and testing on EV charging circuits
- Managing the EV team and guiding the company through the HERS accreditation process
Requirements for the role include:
- Qualified Electrician (ECS Gold Card - Preferred)
- Experience in EV Charger Installation
- Right to Work in the UK
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to work in a team environment
Certifications for the position include:
- NVQ level 3 Highways in an electrical installation discipline
- 18th edition and AM2
- C&G 2919 in EV Charging
- HERS accreditation
The successful candidate will be based in the Midlands and will receive a competitive salary starting from £37,000 (per annum/gross, depending on experience). Benefits include training, company sick pay, and company events.
