The Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Fitter to join our dynamic team, playing a vital role in ensuring our fleet of cranes operates at peak performance and adheres to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and crawler cranes.
2. Perform routine checks and scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity of equipment.
3. Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
5. Participate in continuous training and development to keep up with industry standards and technological advancements.

Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications such as an NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Crane Fitter, Plant Mechanic, or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
4. A valid UK driving licence.
