Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a global Asset Manager to find a skilled Talent Development Specialist to lead learning and development initiatives across EMEA.
This newly created role sits within the client group teams, totaling approximately 150-200 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored training programs, working closely with senior leadership to understand regional needs and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development, particularly in program management, as well as a deep understanding of sales and marketing, preferably in Asset Management. They must be able to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment and provide strategic insights to enhance business performance.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous education initiatives for EMEA employees
- Develop leadership programs to identify and nurture talent within the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor L&D solutions to regional needs
- Work with various teams to ensure L&D alignment with business goals
- Build partnerships with HR and leadership for program consistency
- Provide strategic insights to enhance business performance
- Create engaging training materials tailored to EMEA needs
- Set KPIs to evaluate L&D program effectiveness
- Present performance reports to senior leadership
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale
Requirements:
- Experience in Learning & Development, particularly in program management
