About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining the all-tool fitting equipment, ensuring it is safe to use and left in a safe condition for the next user.

You will work closely with our Process Technicians to control production scrap and downtime, and ensure that all machines are running at optimal levels. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving tool issues promptly.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, as well as a range of company benefits, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, and life assurance.
