Job Title: Financial Professional

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our finance team in Enniskillen. This is a 12-month contract with potential extension, offering a hybrid working model with regular office hours (9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday).

The successful candidate will support strategic financial management, preparing management accounts and assisting with annual financial statements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Producing management reports and variance analysis
  • Maintaining budget control and working closely with management to prepare budgets
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of draft Annual Accounts, including supporting papers as required
  • Supporting the administration and management of claims
  • Ensuring financial policies and procedures are up-to-date where necessary
  • Providing reports, returns, and financial information as required
  • Enhancing current systems and implementing new systems, providing training and establishing KPIs to achieve efficiencies and improved business practices

Requirements:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAI) with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role or Part-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAI) with at least 3 years' experience
• Current driving license and access to transport
• Proficient in IT, including Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word etc.
• High degree of self-motivation and organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to manage deadlines often to tight timescales
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
