Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in the healthcare sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Surgical First Assistant to join our team at The Chiltern Hospital, part of Circle Health Group.

We are seeking individuals with Orthopaedics experience who can deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week, requiring flexibility and a willingness to cover varied shifts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care
    • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
    • Apply legislation, policies and procedures correctly
    • Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act

Requirements include registration with NMC or HCPC, Maths and English GCSE grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence, proficiency in PC software and systems, previous acute healthcare experience, and a Surgical First Assistant Certificate.
