Job Title: Energy Processing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Energy Processing Specialist to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As an Energy Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Main purpose of the job:

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
