The Role:

We are seeking an experienced formulations chemist to join our team of scientists developing a wide range of pharmaceutical dosage forms. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with our quality manual, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize pharmaceutical dosage forms for veterinary use
  • Assess and evaluate API/excipients and product critical quality attributes
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and identify critical process parameters
  • Lead scale-up and tech transfer of NPD projects into late-stage formulations

Requirements:

  • Degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, or related subject
  • At least 5 years' experience in formulation/pharmaceutical product development industry or academia
  • Experience in QbD principles for pharmaceutical development
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and statistical analysis software
