About the Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated and experienced Fee Earner or Assistant looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all types of conveyancing matters, from inception to completion, including registered and unregistered properties, freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle conveyancing matters, including preparation and execution of documents, communication with clients and third parties, and management of deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
