Senior Architect Job in Winchester, Hampshire

Join our team of skilled architects at Hunter Dunning Limited and take on a challenging role working on high-end retail projects for global luxury brands. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule while delivering exceptional results on renowned projects worldwide.

Our Winchester office is expanding, particularly in the data centre sector, which is known for its technically demanding and BIM-intensive projects. We offer a dynamic working environment with regular opportunities to develop your career while promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the coordination and management of high-end retail projects.
  2. Collaborate with the internal team and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  3. Manage project teams and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
  4. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  5. Opportunities for international travel for those interested.
  6. Retail project experience is essential.
  7. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential (Revit test will occur at the interview stage).
  8. Fluent in written and spoken English (additional language skills are advantageous).
