We are seeking a skilled Therapy Support Specialist to support our clinical team working with autistic children and young people in Nottingham. As part of this role, you will assist therapists (Speech and Language and Occupational Therapists) and coordinate the sensory room.

This position involves split responsibilities: supporting direct and indirect therapeutic interventions, including resource making, under the direction of a named therapist. You will also plan activities for the multi-sensory learning environment, lead sessions for some pupils, and maintain equipment.

The ideal candidate will have relevant skills and experience working closely with autistic individuals. Supporting or co-working with an occupational therapist or speech and language therapist is a significant advantage. IT skills and confidence in using specific software are also desired.

We offer a supportive team, opportunities for learning, and professional development. This includes regular supervision/peer support, training, and protected CPD.
