Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and activities
- Collaborate with colleagues for seamless care delivery
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant is desirable but not essential, as ongoing training will be provided.
