Engineering Technician

EMBS Engineering is partnering with a leading precision engineering company in the UK, who is seeking a skilled Laser Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating laser machinery, setting jigs and fixtures, and downloading programs to run automatic machinery. The ideal candidate will have previous CNC machining experience, specifically with lasers, milling, turning, grinding, boring, water cutting, and pressing.
A background in manufacturing or engineering, particularly in aerospace, automotive, food/FMCG, medical, pharmaceutical, or special purpose machinery, is highly desirable. The salary for this role is £14.00-16.00 per hour, plus shift allowance, which translates to an estimated annual salary of £28,800-£33,600.
