We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior IT Support and Data Analyst. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our growing user base while growing your skills in data analysis.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to combine your IT technical support experience with your interest in data analysis. You will work closely with our technology team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems, while also developing your skills in data analysis and visualization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to our user base, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and Office 365 packages.
- Manage datasets and use Power BI to create reports and visualizations to support the technology team.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and maintain high data quality standards.
- Collaborate with managed support providers to ensure smooth hardware and software support.
- Learn Intune, CRM systems, and customized AI bot technology to support the organization better.
- Support the technology team with data analysis tasks and visualization, with increasing responsibility as your skills develop.
We offer a competitive salary of £32-40,000, as well as a range of benefits, including:
