Job Description

The role of Development Administrator is crucial to the success of our fundraising efforts at Bristol Creatives. This position requires an individual who can apply administrative skills to drive income-generation in an arts organisation.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented candidate who can support development and fundraising activities, ensuring efficient processes for the Development Team. The successful applicant will gain experience across various fundraising areas, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, and memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development and fundraising activities, focusing on administration, database management, and supporting fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Gain skills and experience across all areas of fundraising, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, and memberships.
  • Assist with delivering fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and events, applying knowledge of income-generation in an arts organisation.

Salary: £25,500 per annum. We offer a competitive salary, which reflects the level of expertise required for this role. Our salaries are determined based on market rates and industry standards.
