Job Description:

  • The Residential Valuation Advisor will sell our valuation service to potential sellers, highlighting its key features and benefits.
  • They will obtain viewing feedback from clients and use it to enhance our service offering.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying viewers' property search requirements and promoting relevant properties.
  • The successful candidate will also assist the property team with general property enquiries.

A full clean driving licence and sound knowledge of local property market conditions are necessary for this role.
