Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our Client Implementation Management team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our strategy for client implementation management.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Senior Analysts and Team Lead to develop and implement strategies for client implementation management.
- Provide advice and recommendations to management on optimum delivery solutions for client implementation management.
- Responsible for the delivery of client implementation processes to agreed timetables and Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure a seamless, efficient, and customer-focused experience for clients.
- Support the review of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assist with the refinement and ongoing monitoring to ensure agreed service delivery metrics are achieved/exceeded.
- Good technical skills and a good understanding of how client implementation impacts other areas.
- Committed to customer service with the ability to build, manage, and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization.
- A 'can-do' and flexible approach in achieving results and the ability to drive and adapt to change.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.
- Good knowledge of Peoplesoft and/or other similar accounting packages and Essbase.
- An additional language, in addition to English, would be advantageous.
