Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Market Access & External Affairs Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Market Access & External Affairs Directors and departments. This role will involve interacting with various business units and functional departments to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the organization and smooth running of Assessment Centres and interviews, as well as on and off-boarding of team members.
  • Liaising with the Communications team and other Business Units to plan Market Access and External Affairs input into National Meetings.
  • Attending off-site internal and external meetings, which may require travel and overnight stays.
  • Working collaboratively with other Business Units to ensure support and communication for cross-functional projects.
  • Maintaining divisional level records and assisting with providing Business Unit information required for company audit and planning purposes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
  • Planning and Organising, attention to detail/accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of general office procedures.
  • Understanding of common IT platforms and packages (Microsoft Office Applications).
