We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Co Antrim, Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating as part of an expanding production team, ensuring products meet company standards and targets. This will involve preparing moulds, safely handling materials, producing all planned products, and adhering to daily production plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing moulds and equipment for production
- Safely handling materials and operating machinery
- Producing all planned products to meet quality and quantity standards
- Adhering to daily production plans and schedules
- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or agricultural industry
- Experience with concrete is highly desirable or working on civil engineering related projects
- Ability to read technical drawings would be beneficial
- CSR desirable but not essential

Working Hours:
Option 1: 12hr Shift
(Pattern 1) 4-day week (6am-6pm) Mon-Thurs and 3-day week Thur-Sat (6am-6pm with Saturday 5pm finish)
(Pattern 2) 4-day week Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat (6am – 6pm with Saturday being 6am – 5pm) and 3-day week Tues- Thurs (6am – 6pm)
Option 2: Hours will be variable between 32-48 hours per week as needed
Standard hours of work will be Monday – Friday 05:00am – 14:00pm or 06:00am – 15:00pm, however flexibility to work overtime and/or Saturdays is essential
