We are looking for a highly motivated Tesco Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team in Beccles. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, buy holiday salary sacrifice scheme, annual bonus up to 20% of annual salary, contributory pension scheme, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues;
  • Ensuring accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items;
  • Developing relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries;
  • Playing an active role in our charity support program giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes;
  • Serving customers with prescriptions and providing healthcare advice.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • A Pharmacy Degree;
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme;
  • Completion of a DBS check before employment.
