Your Role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet their diverse developmental needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's holistic development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
- Experience working within an EYFS setting, ideally in a similar environment.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
