Lead Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team at Erin Associates Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities and driving business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, business process improvement, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, business requirements documents, and other analysis artifacts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on business analysis methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst in Financial Services.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Operational design and process re-engineering experience.
  • Highly desirable qualifications: Business Analysis (ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma) and Project Management (Prince 2).
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to travel to our offices in Northamptonshire.
