Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data accumulation and consolidation to produce accurate business management reports.
  • Prepare and distribute internal financial statements for informed decision-making processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis comparing forecasts with actual performance.
  • Develop and execute financial strategy, including tax planning for minimal liabilities and maximum efficiency.
  • Review and optimize current accounting and financial processes to enhance synergies across the organization.
  • Prepare business forecasts guiding strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate activities with external auditors facilitating efficient audits.
  • Evaluate income tax regulations and liaise with external tax teams as necessary.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities presenting financial information to the board and providing strategic guidance.

Your Skills:

  • A qualified accountant with a minimum of 10 years PQE experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills articulating financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience motivating teams and collaborating with others.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct upholding high standards of financial governance.
  • Ability to travel as required for the role.
