As a skilled Scientific Glass Blower, you will be responsible for creating high-quality glass products using freehand benchwork and technical drawings. Your expertise in working with Quartz and Pyrex materials will be essential in producing distortion-free glass products.
About the Role
This is a pivotal position in our production team, requiring a strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing instructions. You will be expected to hand-finish products to tight quality control specifications and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in working with Quartz and Pyrex materials.
- Proficiency in both bench work and lathe work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.
