Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. With a focus on person-centered care, you will work closely with residents, their families, and colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting and incontinence care
  • Support residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and assistance with eating
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £19,500 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive team environment.
