Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our production facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Tasks:

  • Perform multi-skilled maintenance tasks with an electrical bias
  • Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Operate and maintain PLC-controlled machinery, including Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley systems
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Work with robotic systems, including Kuka and Fanuc
  • Support the operation of bottling, filling, canning, seaming, and labelling lines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HND/HNC qualification in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry
  • 18th Edition qualification (desirable)
  • Lean manufacturing experience (desirable)
  • C&G inspection and testing qualification (desirable)
  • PLC qualifications (highly advantageous)
