Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and analytical Business Analyst to join our team at Agility Resoucing. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us deliver innovative solutions to our clients in the international trading and finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pre-sales efforts, demonstrations, and scenario preparation.
  • Identify and address gaps in project requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and manage implementation project plans, risk registers, and other project documents.
  • Work with clients to formulate best-fit solutions to complex problems.
  • Translate business needs into user stories for software engineers.
  • Keep clients informed of project progress.
  • Ensure user stories meet business objectives.
  • Participate in user story reviews and Sprint Reviews.
  • Assist in user experience design and testing of software products.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning and troubleshooting of production issues.
  • Update and review product documentation.
  • Assist with on-site training, documentation, and support.
  • Manage changes to requirements and scope creep.

Requirements:

  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience required; MA or MS a plus.
  • Excellent listening, numeracy, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with user acceptance testing.
