About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Support Professional to join our team at Hadland Care Group. This exciting opportunity involves assisting in the creation of a safe, nurturing environment for children and supporting the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.

Key Tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the EYFS curriculum, ensuring high-quality childcare services.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.
  • Monitor and assess children's development, identifying areas of strength and improvement.
  • Support children's personal care needs, including hygiene and nutrition.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming nursery environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 Childcare Qualification is mandatory for this position.
  • Able to gain a clear DBS check.
  • GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language (desired).

Working Hours:

  • The Meadows – Cheeky Chimps Childcare operates from 07:30-18:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Work between 30-40 hours per week, with shift patterns to be discussed.
