About the Nursery Assistant Role

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth journeys.
  • Work with children aged 4 months to 4 years, engaging and inspiring their growth and development.
  • Track and document students' advancements and achievements, communicating with parents and carers as needed.
  • Foster a stimulating atmosphere that promotes active participation and learning.
  • Create detailed and personalized lesson plans, tailored to meet individual student requirements and National Curriculum standards.

Requirements

  • Open to qualified and unqualified Nursery Practitioners, whether you're already qualified up to Level 2/3 or looking to start your career.
  • Passionate about working with children, with a genuine love for their well-being and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with parents and carers, and collaborating effectively with our team.
  • Reliable and punctual, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification (preferred but not required), with opportunities for growth and development.
