As the Senior UX Strategy Manager at Virgin Experience Days Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our client's website platforms.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a UX strategy aligned with business goals and industry standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and QA specialists, fostering creativity and quality
  • Conduct user research to understand behaviors and pain points, informing design decisions
  • Create user journey maps and flows, identifying areas for improvement
  • Oversee wireframing and prototyping for new website updates
  • Plan and conduct usability testing, making data-informed design improvements
  • Ensure quality assurance and integration of UX design into development
  • Advocate for accessibility and monitor UX metrics for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with digital teams on CRO initiatives and personalized experiences


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UX management or senior design roles
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in UX methodologies and design tools
  • Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience in CRO strategies and A/B testing
