We are collaborating with a prominent commercial training provider, Morgan Hunt, to fill the role of Senior Trainer and Assessor in Rail Operations.

The ideal candidate will be NSAR assured and responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services for rail courses, particularly those seeking to train/assess up to ES competence.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Trainer and Assessor, where you will have the chance to work on various railway engineering projects.
  • You will be expected to deliver training and assessment services that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
About You:
  • A Level 3 Education and Training qualification (or equivalent)
  • A Level 3 Assessing in the Workplace (TAQA) certification
  • The ability to train or assess in any of the following disciplines: Safety Critical, OLE, OTP, S&T, Permanent Way Engineering

Please note that applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' occupational experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • PTS
  • DCCR
  • P-way IWA / COSS / ES Safety Critical
  • Track Induction
