This Partnership is seeking a new addition to drive the firm's growth and continued provision of outstanding accounting services to a loyal client portfolio in the UK.

You'll be qualified, have plentiful UK practice experience, and be excited to develop your own fee income, coach and mentor a committed junior team, and help this firm to develop and deliver their strategic plan.

Job Purpose

  • Provide a range of business advisory and full-service accountancy services to a client portfolio.
  • Oversight of tax and audit provision.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services.
  • Ensure the high-quality provision of accounting services.
  • Development and growth of new clients and opportunities.
  • Oversee and support projects and initiatives, as necessary.
  • Department management and staff development ensuring employee performance and delivery.

What's on offer?

  • £110,000 - £150,000 per annum.

  • ACCA/ACA qualified.
  • Demonstrable history of career progression in accountancy practice.
  • A proven record of accomplishment of developing new and profitable revenue streams.

  • An experienced leader who leads by example and inspires others.
