Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Property Accounts Administrator to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring the effective recovery of income relating to Home Ownership Service (HOS) functions.

About the Role:

  1. As a Property Accounts Administrator, you will work closely with the Property Accounts Manager to monitor and maintain a portfolio of accounts on a regular basis, identifying new and existing cases in arrears and taking early action to minimise arrears.
  2. You will also be responsible for collecting HOS income, making arrangements with debtors to pay outstanding HOS debts, and dealing with complex correspondence and contacts relating to the work of the post holder.
  3. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of Housing legislation and IT packages, including Excel.
  4. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of leaseholder's service charges and relevant legislation, as well as experience of working within a housing related environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maximise HOS income by meeting personal and organisational performance targets, objectives and service levels.
  • To advise all HOS customers at all stages of instalment plans, service charge loans, and other available payment options.
  • To issue regular statements of account to HOS customers and deal with complex correspondence and contacts.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of leaseholder's service charges and relevant legislation.
  • Experience of working within a housing related environment.
  • Ability to use standard IT packages, including Excel.
