Job Overview

Nurseplus is seeking a highly skilled Care Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for promoting a culture of excellence and compliance within the organisation.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct regular policy reviews, ensuring compliance with current legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
    • Lead customer and carer surveys to assess satisfaction, identify concerns, and gather feedback on care quality.
    • Analyse governance data, including regulatory inspections, audits, and performance metrics.
    • Promote a culture of learning and development through staff training, coaching, and support.

Requirements

  • Experience & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in quality assurance, governance, or compliance, preferably within the care sector.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights for continuous improvement.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
