We are seeking an experienced Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred nursing care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care delivered to meet the individual needs of our service users.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and participate in ongoing professional training and development to maintain your skills and expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred nursing care and support to service users, their families, and healthcare assistants.
  • Participate as part of a team using a person-centred approach to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care delivered.
  • Maintain and oversee the maintenance of appropriate associated service user records.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Healthcare Assistants.
Requirements
  • Current NMC PIN
  • Gastrostomy Care
  • Oxygen Therapy
  • Oral & Nasal Suctioning
  • Spinal Injury Awareness
