Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Swindon FWC. As a key member of our Physiotherapy department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and recovery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Health and Care Professions Council registration.
- Excellent manual therapy skills and ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
