Speech and Language Therapist for Children with Moderate Learning Difficulties

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at the London Borough of Merton. As a Specialist Speech Therapist, you will work with children with moderate learning difficulties, providing evidence-based approaches and collaborating with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include working directly with pupils, parents, teachers, and other agencies, as well as developing your clinical skills in MLD. You will have the opportunity to add to the school's offers of evidence-based approaches and work within a vibrant and expanding team.

Requirements include knowledge of good practice models for working with children with MLD, at individual and group levels, as well as whole school approaches. You will also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues in the Language and Learning Support Team.
