Construction Site Manager

Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Manager to lead our construction projects in the Kent region. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
With your technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills, you will contribute to the success of our business and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and motivate direct labour and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate site activities to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements and Benefits
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in construction, CIOB, First Aid, CSCS. Preferably CITB 5 day and Temporary works training. This position offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and flexibility for occasional remote working.
