The Transition Teacher will play a crucial role in helping students develop life skills, build confidence, and overcome barriers to learning. This is a full-time position available from January, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver National Curriculum content to students with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver effective lessons.
- Provide individualised support to students, promoting their emotional and mental wellbeing.
- Contribute to staff appraisal and participate in whole school life.
