What We're Looking For

We are seeking an outstanding, motivated, and inspirational Specialist EAL Teaching Assistant who is passionate about ensuring all young people have access to the highest levels of support, enabling them to flourish. You will make a difference to the whole TEMA community, particularly to students who have additional needs and require additional support and extended services to overcome barriers to learning. You will join a team committed to improving outcomes for our young people. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with and motivate a wide range of staff, stakeholders, and students to achieve shared goals. You will be a passionate advocate for students' personal development, champion mental health, and ensure students benefit from highly effective interventions and pastoral support while maintaining the highest expectations of all. You will work with a wide range of staff both internally and externally to develop best practice and supportive relationships that enable young people to realise their full potential.
