The role of Quality Assurance Specialist is available on a remote or hybrid basis, with occasional travel to the Daventry office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Review complex reports and provide feedback to ensure quality and robustness of the final product.
  • Expert Witness Guidance: Offer professional guidance to Associate Expert Witnesses on instructions and the legal process.
  • QA Process Development: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective QA processes that support service delivery.
  • Client Service: Work with Associate Expert Witnesses to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide clinical and/or legal-focused support to Associate Expert Witnesses and other stakeholders as required.

Requirements

  • Background: Experience in Civil Law, specifically in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, with catastrophic injury litigation experience.
  • Legal Qualification: Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 5 years PQE in a relevant legal area.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to understand and calculate costs associated with care/therapy provision, and IT skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
