Multitrader Specialist

At Skilled Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Multitrader to join our team in West London. This is a high-paying opportunity with salaries reaching up to £44k per annum.

This role involves conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. You will work closely with tenants, property managers, and other maintenance team members to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

We are looking for an individual with proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance. NVQ/City and Guilds qualifications are preferred but not essential. As a Multitrader, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.

The benefits of this role include a van and fuel card provided, along with a competitive salary and working hours of 8-5, Monday to Friday.
