About the Role

As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team on a weekend basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident, promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, such as assisting with hobbies and interests.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, recognizing and reporting any concerns or incidents.
