As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing patient care throughout their journey, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in daily service, routine appointments, and telephone triage.

You will work collaboratively with a range of professionals to provide the best outcomes for patients, facilitating safe and effective planning, prescribing, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in daily service, routine appointments, and telephone triage
  • Manage patient care throughout their journey

Requirements
  • Registered with relevant NMC/GPhC/HCPC
  • MSc in Advanced Nursing or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within a Primary or Emergency Care setting
