We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts & Retail Manager to lead our parts team at our Benington Branch in Stevenage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Sales and Service Departments, as well as our key accounts, customers, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the existing parts team to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Service Departments to provide timely and effective support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and trade partners.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
