Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES AND EXCEED SALES TARGETS ACROSS COMMERCIAL, CORPORATE, AND PUBLIC SECTOR MARKETS
  • SELL SOLUTIONS, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS TO EXISTING COMPANY CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS NEW LOGO TO ALL AREAS, VIA THE TELEPHONE, ONLINE MEETINGS, OR WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
  • MANAGE TIME TO ACHIEVE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AND RESPOND TO SERVICE DESK TICKETS
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with:

  • GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO EXCEED TARGETS THROUGH STRUCTURED APPROACH AND PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE OF NEGOTIATION SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO CLOSE DEALS
  • FULLY UNDERSTAND LEASING & DEAL CONSTRUCTION IS ESSENTIAL
  • RESULTS-ORIENTED, DRIVEN TO SUCCEED, ACHIEVE AND EXCEED TARGETS
