About the Role

Pertemps Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of a caseload of property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for property transactions, identifying potential issues and providing recommendations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About You
  • 1+ years of experience in a Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures in the Scottish legal system.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in legal research and document drafting, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
