**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Press Shop Team Leader to join our team at The Job People. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of press operators and ensuring the smooth operation of our press shop.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate a team of press operators to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • **Training and Development:** Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • **Problem Solving:** Troubleshoot and resolve problems that arise in the press shop, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:** Proven experience in a press shop or similar production environment.
  • **Skills:** Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • **Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of press shop operations and processes, with a focus on safety and quality.

**What We Offer:**

  • **Competitive Salary:** £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus.

  • **Flexible Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:00, Friday, 07:30 to 13:00, with overtime available.
