About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a General Manager at the National Trust. As a key member of our Property Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of our properties in North Lincolnshire, including Gunby Estate, Hall and Gardens; Monksthorpe Chapel; Tattershall Castle and Sandilands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve visitor experiences
• Lead a team of department heads and work with national and regional specialists to deliver our conservation and commercial objectives
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain key partner relationships on behalf of the organisation
• Support departments to develop the right priorities and provide resources and inspirational leadership to deliver our strategy
