About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Festive Colleagues. As a Festive Colleague, you'll play a vital role in delivering Christmas cheer to households across the nation. You'll be responsible for building relationships with colleagues, creating a team spirit, and being a brand ambassador for Tesco.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Be a brand ambassador for Tesco and promote our values and culture.

At Tesco, we're committed to serving our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day. We're proud to offer our Festive Colleagues a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities to work additional hours during the festive season.

What we offer

• A competitive rate of pay starting from £12 per hour.
• A night premium of £2.30 per hour worked between midnight and 6am.
• The opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
